How long should I wear it each day?
Start at 15–20 minutes and build to an hour over two weeks. The brace is a training tool — the goal is for your own muscles to hold the position, not to rely on it all day.
Will it show under my clothes?
Under a normal shirt or blouse, no. The straps are flat-seamed and the lumbar panel sits close to the body. Fitted knitwear may show the strap line across the upper back.
How do I choose a size?
Measure around your chest, under the arms. XS 28–31", S 31–34", M 34–38", L 38–42", XL 42–46", XXL 46–50". If you are between sizes, take the larger.
How long does shipping take?

For walking and light activity, yes. For lifting, running or anything that needs a full range of shoulder motion, take it off.
