Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping times & rates

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Typical delivery time is 8–15 business days after processing. Some orders arrive sooner; during peak periods delivery may take slightly longer.

To keep prices low, orders may ship directly from our international fulfillment centers. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you when the order ships. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by carriers, customs processing, weather, or peak-season volume — factors outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, contact us at moranoirshop@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided — but if something goes wrong, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any customs or import duties charged on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. These are rare for standard orders shipped within the US.
